This is a big job. It has to tell the story of the company – everything. What is the: product, how is it produced, how is it sold, who works there (critical), what is the history, what is the market, what are the company’s growth & profit plans, fixed assets, competition & competitive advantages and that all important sales & EBITDA history?

The book must be simple to understand and compelling.

You will hear that the buyer is buying the current performance not the future. That is BS – they want to assure that the company continues and has a good growth opportunity. This is a lot of work.
